Activated carbon equipment_ Exploration of one-step coke oven process technology. In April 2023, our company and experts in the field of activated carbon equipment preparation at Xi'an Thermal Power Institute jointly developed a process route for one-step coke oven production

The preparation of one-step coke oven adopts multi-layer and multiple refractory bricks, which are assembled from top to bottom into: raw material bin, carbonization section system, activation section system, physical cooling system, and then connected to: cooling machine, elevator, material bin, linear vibrating screen and other deep processing systems.

Unlike traditional activated carbon production equipment furnaces, one-step coke ovens are integrated furnaces for carbonization and activation, with stronger steam penetration and better final product indicators. This furnace body is a new type of structure.

The technical discussion meeting lasted for 2 days and ultimately decided on the furnace structure, brick selection, masonry division of labor rules, PLC automation system construction, etc. The project is scheduled to be officially implemented in mid 2023.
