The activated carbon activation furnace equipment is mainly used for high-temperature firing of various carbonized materials, steam injection to open pores and generate vast pores inside. The activation temperature is about 900-1000 ℃, and the volatile matter contained in the carbonized materials is the heat source of the activation furnace. The flue gas is burned through the rear heat storage chamber, and the heat is transmitted into the furnace body.

The steam system of the furnace body is divided into external and internal tubes, and there is no significant difference between the two for the pore formation layer of activated carbon.

The installation of the activated carbon crushing and screening equipment has been completed. This system mainly processes the finished activated carbon into the required specifications for customers, such as 2-8-12-30 mesh finished activated carbon, which is used in industries such as water purification, air purification, and decolorization.

The current shipment is a waste heat boiler, also known as a steam generator. After high-temperature flue gas treatment, the remaining waste heat is used as a heat source for the waste heat boiler, and the generated steam pipeline returns to the inside of the activation furnace to activate the material steam.
