A complete engineering line for coconut shell activated carbon equipment in Kenya

The full set of engineering lines for Kenyan coconut shell activated carbon equipment has been installed, and coconut shell activated carbon has a high popularity worldwide. Our company received an order in mid 2022 and officially started construction by the end of the year. As of April 2023, the full set of engineering produced by our company has been installed.

The diagram below shows the construction site of the carbonization furnace flue gas incinerator. The device mainly incinerates the flue gas completely and uses excess heat to burn the cylinder, ultimately completing the carbonization of coconut shells.

At the lifting site of the rotary activation furnace, a crane is used to install the activation furnace equipment on a pre made base. The purpose of doing so is to make the operation of the activation furnace equipment more stable.

After the complete system installation is completed, our technical personnel and Kenyan technical personnel will take a group photo as a souvenir.
